Refund Policy

Refund requests will only be processed in cases of accidental or erroneous cash credit. Seenupe Rummy will address and investigate such requests individually, with refunds processed within two weeks. Refunds will be made to the financial instrument used for the original transaction.


Refunds can be initiated under the following conditions:

  • 1. Payment successful but not received by the player.
  • 2. App technology problems leading to extended unavailability of game services.
  • Payment issues resulting in multiple charges.

How to Initiate a Refund?

To initiate a refund, describe the issue to customer service via email. Our customer service executive will respond promptly and assist in resolving the issue. If unresolved, a refund will be initiated, and funds will typically be returned to your account within 2 working days.
